New Years Resolutions
To me it seems a little difficult to make year long commitments at the same time as your downing litres of scotch while dancing to swing and trying to take photos of all the cool cats at a rockabilly burlesque evening. So now a few days after the parties have settled and the sunburn has cooled, I can have a more serious ponder. I can think of last years hopes and aspirations and laugh as I failed to achieve any of them. I can try to remake the same ones in the hopes that I learnt from last year and can be more focused in realising them this time around.
Or better yet, I can look up at the dusty poster on my wall that quotes Ernest Fischer “as machines become more and more efficient and perfect, so it will become clear that imperfection is the greatness of man”
Because after all the chaos and drama of last year, even with the crippling credit cards and on-line addictions, one thing is certain, last year was a heck of a lot of fun. And I can’t wait to do it all again.
Raise a glass to the new year and lets all laugh and grow fat together.

Two post ideas:1) Grande Colonial shoot 2) Commentary on people (especially on FB) who try to crgahe people for photography shoots even though they have no professional experience, and a low-end camera Yay. I love blogs. I’m one of those. Don’t read mine it’s all about my kids, you’ll be bored to tears, haha!
